Candy Clay (you eat it)

Makes great easter eggs!

2 Tbs. margarine

3 Tbs. light corn syrup

1/2 tsp. almond extract

2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Food coloring

Directions:  Cream margarine until soft.  Mix in other ingredients (except food coloring).  Divide into three balls.  Mix in 1-2 drops food coloring of your choice into each ball to make three different colors.  Break off 1/4 teaspoon pieces from each ball and roll together to make swirled easter eggs.  Eat right away or let them sit and eat later.   Try making other shapes, too.
